MeMesh is owned and operated by PCIRCLE, LLC. Please read these Terms of Service ('Terms') carefully before using MeMesh. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

MeMesh provides an AI Memory and Agent Tool Governance platform. We offer both free and paid subscription plans to manage your AI's context and notes.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to bypass our security measures.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features are available only with a paid subscription. Payments are processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. API Keys & Notes

You retain full ownership of the API keys and notes you store in your workspace. We encrypt your data and only decrypt it ephemerally to perform requested actions.

5. Limitation of Liability

MeMesh is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
